FOR ONE ANNUAL PAYMENT WE OFFER OUR CENTRAL HEATING MAINTENANCE CONTRACT WHICH INCLUDES:

FULL SERVICE TO CENTRAL HEATING BOILER
As part of the contract our engineers will service your central heating boiler.

This involves:

1. checking of flue for exit of fumes

2. checking and adjusting pilot light and main burners for efficient operation.

3. De-scaling of heat exchanger.

4. Generally cleaning the boiler using commercial vacuum cleaner.

INSURANCE CALL-OUT

In addition to the above service, should your heating system become defective in the 12 months covered by our contract our engineers will:

1. Visit as soon as possible - priority given to contract customers.

2. Repair the faults with no further charge to yourself - all parts and labour fully included (For example - radiators, pump, clock, pipework etc).
